DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT & HATEFUL SPEECH POLICY It is the policy of The Vineyards at Dodon to ensure fair and equal hospitality, service, access, and employment for all of our guests and employees. Discrimination on the base of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, or age by managers, staff, vendors, or guests will not be tolerated. Harassment and hateful speech will not be tolerated.
Employees and guests should report discrimination, harassment or hateful speech to a supervisor and/or co-owner Tom Croghan. If an employee prefers to report discrimination anonymously, forms are available in the office and can be left on a supervisor’s desk. Employees will not be punished for reporting discrimination, harassment or hateful speech. All reports will be kept confidential.
GRATUITY POLICY To ensure equitable service for all customers, the Vineyards at Dodon staff does not accept gratuity for any reason. Gratuity will be returned to the guest. If gratuity is left without a chance for the staff to return it, it will be donated to a charity of The Vineyard’s choice.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site in order to better serve you. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell, share or rent any portion of your personal information to anyone.
SECURITY POLICY
For your security, our web-based ordering process utilizes the most up to date Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This software ensures that all sales transaction information is transferred safely via encrypted methods.
SHIPPING, HANDLING & DELIVERY POLICY
Alcohol may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old, and only for personal use, not for resale or trade. In placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom your wine will be delivered is at least 21 years old. ID verification is required upon delivery. Carriers are not permitted to leave packages without obtaining an adult signature. For this reason, we recommend using a business address if you are not home during business hours.
We take every step to ensure a safe, fast and efficient delivery of our wine to your door. We typically ship on Wednesdays and strongly encourage overnight delivery. We strongly encourage customers to not ship during the hot summer months. Extreme weather conditions may also delay shipping, as extreme heat and cold can damage wine. At this time, we are not shipping wine until October to avoid heat damage. If your order needs to arrive by a specific date, please call us directly at 410-798-1126.
By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier (FedEx) to deliver your order. Orders are shipped and taxed in accordance with state laws. We currently ship to the state of Maryland and Washington DC. If you require shipping in any other state, please contact us.
REFUND POLICY
The quality of our wine is of utmost importance to us. It is a living product that changes over time based upon age and storage conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
If you have questions about the wine you have purchased, call 410-798-1126 or email info@dodonvineyards.com and we will assist you.
